Job Introduction

In this exciting role, you will collaborate closely with and report to our Client Service, and Deputy Client Service Managers. You will lead a team of 3 talented Community Managers in London and Manchester. Your expertise in service delivery and project management will shine as you foster connections and drive success.

Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, with flexible approach to occasional events out of office hours)

Salary: £37,292 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Guide employees to user guides and training materials for resolving tech issues; foster use of the tech hub
  • Issue Reporting: Ensure all technical concerns are logged in the ticketing system for tracking and resolution
  • Employee Assistance: Support requests for tech assistance, including storage allocation and equipment management
  • Collaboration: Partner with Facilities Management and the Tech team to develop solutions that prevent recurring issues. Collaborate across departments and with vendor teams to ensure timely issue resolution through a unified approach
  • Trust Building: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, enhancing trust in the Lead Community Manager’s problem-solving abilities
  • Site Wellness: Promote overall site wellness through engagement and support initiatives
  • Visibility: Actively engage with employees to create a known, approachable presence in the workplace
  • Team Development: Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance management of Community Managers, conducting regular reviews
  • Event Management: Oversee community engagement events, ensuring timely planning, resource allocation, and success tracking through reports
