Due to business growth, we are very excited to be recruiting for an additional Internal Recruiter to join our award winning Rapport People Team!

This role is Monday to Friday and 40 hours per week.

The initial focus for this role is on UK & Ireland.

You will be responsible for supporting the day to day recruitment operation and lead the administration and coordination of the Recruitment function for Rapport. You will strengthen Rapport’s strategic intent through attracting exceptional talent, from front-line to unit management positions. Together with the Lead Internal Recruiter and other Internal Recruiter, you will be the central point of information for our hiring managers, all external and internal candidates and recruitment suppliers.

You will provide an end-to-end recruitment service for Rapport and their clients and be proactive to drive a reduction in time to hire whilst improving the quality of hire of the recruitment needs and the candidate journey. You will be supporting initiatives that achieve excellence.

As the role is part of Rapport’s People Team, you will also support with ad-hoc HR processes, including new mobilisations and TUPE. You will work closely with the wider Recruitment team, L&D Team, HR Advisor, and Head of HR. The role reports into the latter. 

You will develop strong relationships with key Rapport stakeholders and be proactive in searching for candidates as necessary, whilst organising and running regular assessment centres, recruitment events and building relationships with colleges and universities.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have proven high quality candidate recruitment experience gained within agency or in-house.
  • Have operational experience or background working for luxury hotels or Corporate Reception and/or Guest Services / Customer Services businesses.
  • Have Recruitment events / assessment centre organising experience.
  • Be able to spot exceptional talent.
  • Be able to create and build on strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Be creative with a passion to innovate.
  • Be a team player, who has a positive and 'stronger together’ attitude.
  • Be results oriented, both financially and relating to quality candidate placement.
  • Be articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a high degree of autonomy with passion and drive to innovate and positively influence business decisions.
  • Be up to speed on GDPR compliance.
  • Bring D&I awareness into the role.
  • Have excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail.
  • Have experience with Applicant Tracking System and/or implementing this system.
  • Be a team player with ability to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues within the wider Rapport team.
  • Be sharing best practice and sourcing innovation.
  • Have a keen interest in technology and social media is welcome.

In order to succeed in this role you will need to be adaptable in your approach to finding talent. You must be able and willing to juggle high volume recruitment needs, alongside providing an exceptional service to our clients and operational managers.
