Job Introduction

Reception Team Leader – Sloane Square
Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday – Friday, with flexibility based on client needs)

 

We are recruiting a Reception Team Leader to join Rapport at a prestigious site based in Sloane Square.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front-of-house team to ensure daily operations are efficient, professional, and welcoming
  • Build strong relationships with building tenants, clients, facilities teams, and service partners
  • Serve as the first point of contact and support for your team — offering guidance, solving problems, and ensuring consistent quality and alignment with Rapport values
  • Maintain high communication standards, demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism
  • Oversee and document Health & Safety compliance including checks, fire procedures, and incident reports
  • Provide management support across all operations including issue resolution, safety, and service delivery
