Corporate Mobile Receptionist - Dublin (RNTD)

Job Introduction
We are looking for a Corporate Mobile Receptionist to join our Rapport Network Team in Dublin! Our Network Team is at the heart of our business, responsible for supporting all positions across the Rapport portfolio. The Network team are our heroes, our much-valued front-line support for operational absences such as annual holidays, training days, sickness, and temporary vacancies.
This role is for an energetic and adaptable individual who is passionate about customer service and relishes working with various teams. In this role, you will have a wide range of exposure to different operations and teams. This is for those who can think on their feet. You will be provided with training on systems and procedure before being placed at a particular site.
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 8 PM)
This is a mobile role, which requires flexibility to move within client contracts in and around Dublin.

Main responsibilities
- Covering all roles across the business (receptionist, switchboard, concierge, floor coordinator, lobby host, helpdesk)
- Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Handling all external and internal calls in a professional manner
- Communicating effectively with other departments and service providers, creating a "one team" approach to delighting our guests
- Adopting a flexible and adaptable approach when dealing with ad-hoc duties as required, and/or potential shift/location changes
The ideal candidate will:

- Ideally, have at least one year front-of-house reception experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, retail, or a corporate environment
- Have an outgoing personality, understanding the professional etiquette, and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)
- Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality
- Demonstrate ability to adapt and flex your working style and behavior to adapt to the environment of the site you are working at
- Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication
- Be creative, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, quick learner and resourceful with a can-do attitude
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and act both proactively and intuitively
