Job Introduction
Join our award-winning Rapport team as a Community Coordinator in Paddington!
Bring your passion for people and customer service to a role where you will help shape a vibrant, connected workplace. You will work closely with a supportive on-site team of 2 Rapport Ambassadors and be part of a wider community team of 7 across the estate.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities
- Community engagement: Act as a liaison between the organization and community members, ensuring their needs and interests are understood.
- Event organisation: Plan and facilitate community events, workshops, and meetings to encourage participation.
- Communication management: Oversee communications, and forums to keep members informed and engaged.
- Policy enforcement: Ensure community guidelines are followed, addressing concerns and conflicts when necessary.
- Relationship building: Develop connections with highly engaged members and encourage participation.
- Data & feedback analysis: Monitor engagement trends and feedback to improve community initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work with external partners and sponsors to secure funding and resources for projects.
