Join our team as an Events Ambassador for one of Rapport’s premier contracts near Canary Wharf! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering an award-winning service for one of the Big Four audit and accounting firms, ensuring exceptional experiences from reservation to client journey.

Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8 AM and 5:30 PM) with occasional late stay upon request.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Coordinating the planning, booking and delivery of all aspects for events as directed by the Events and Reservations Team Leader.
- Guide hosts on appropriate events spaces in line with availability and maximum occupancy.
- Arrange and coordinate the booking, planning, delivery of virtual and hybrid events in line with KPMG policy and procedures.
- Opens and secures facilities or directly interacts with onsite operation staff before and after events.
- Directs the work and functionally supervises all event support staff including setup crews, audio visual, hospitality and cleaners.
- Ensures that setup of chairs, tables, stages, decorations or other equipment is in accordance with customer requirements and with safety standards, fire and health codes.
- Directly works with onsite team to prepare and manage events from start to finish, including troubleshooting, equipment problems, and solving technical issues.
- Arrange food and beverage, order supplies, audio visual equipment, event signage, and ensure appropriate décor (floral, linens, colour schemes, etc.) meet expectations.
- Coordinate Events outside of core business hours as required.
