Job Introduction
Join our Rapport team as a Corporate Receptionist, based at a prestigious British multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory firm, located in the vibrant heart of the City of London near Fenchurch Street. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota between 7:30 AM and 5.30 PM)

Main responsibilities
- Welcoming guests at the reception and escorting them to their meeting rooms or required destination within the building
- Proactively managing guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Providing administrative support at all times
- Booking meeting rooms and ensuring all AV & other required equipment are provided
- Liaising with the events team and managing the catering support for the meeting room spaces
- Handling all internal and external calls in a professional manner

- Be proactive, flexible, with great attention to detail and ambition to learn and grow
- Preferably have reception experience in a corporate or hospitality environment
