Hospitality & Events Operations Lead

Job Introduction
Rapport is looking for a confident and organised Hospitality & Events Operations Lead to support the delivery of exceptional meetings and events across our London portfolio, including premium spaces and internal floors.
In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure every event runs seamlessly, oversee a motivated team, and build strong relationships with our client and key partners.
Contract type: Full-time, 12-months FTC
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

What You’ll Do
Oversee end-to-end event operations, stepping in to lead events when needed.
Manage stock, suppliers, contractors, and all logistical elements to ensure flawless delivery.
Lead and support Meetings & Events Assistants and Analysts, including rotas, training, and performance reviews.
Keep SOPs, training materials, and documentation up to date.
Build partnerships with stakeholders, Workplace Services, caterers, and FM teams.
Uphold high presentation, safety, and security standards in all event spaces.
The ideal candidate will:

3–5 years’ hospitality or events experience in both operational and administrative roles.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Confident leadership with excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive, detail-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Knowledge of health & safety and security requirements.
Comfortable using G Suite or similar IT systems.
