Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Guest Services Team Leader to join our vibrant and friendly Rapport team, based in our client’s offices in Dublin. Our client is an ever-expanding global American banking and financial services corporation. This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Global alignment initiative while providing an outstanding service all key stakeholders.
 
 The role is desk-based, but there is an element of travel for training purposes. With many amiable and helpful team members spread across EMEA, the wider team communicates on a daily basis through WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams. Even though we work virtually, the team has a social atmosphere, and we celebrate victories and birthdays together!

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis 8 AM – 5:30 PM; with some flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to site.
  • Managing, training, and continuously engaging with the team to ensure high levels of productivity.
  • Working alongside the team to ensure efficient and outstanding service levels are delivered at all times.
  • Actively engaging and encouraging client and guest feedback, and driving change that enhances services provided, maximising technology and innovation in the process, and communicating best practice across the team.
  • Being involved in staff events from the social aspect to planning and implementing with the office leadership team.
  • Booking and supporting all meetings and events, using EMS.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Ideally, have at least one year of experience in a similar leadership within a fast-paced and dynamic establishment (e.g., five-star hotel or corporate environment).
  • Be confident in stakeholder management, including client, the team, and peers.
  • Have a positive, vibrant personality, acting with integrity and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Possess excellent organization skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for delivering high standard service.
  • Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with great attention to detail and ambition to learn and grow. 
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Be computer literate, with excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a professional telephone and email etiquette.
